Compton: Just Do Good Beautification Event

Despite the rain, thousands gathered in Compton on Saturday, May 6 for The Compton Initiative's second beautification event of the year. As a result, 12 homes, 3 murals and 1 charter school were beautified. 2 block clean-ups were completed and 500+ smoke alarms were installed in partnership with the American Red Cross.
