Join the Rancho Cucamonga Public Library and Community Services Department for "Summer in the City" next Friday, June 2, 2017 from 5:30-7:30 PM at the Biane Library located in the Victoria Gardens Cultural Center. Find out about all the fun things you can do with your family this Summer and enjoy performances, games, crafts, and more! Don't miss the ribbon cutting for the new Kids Interactive Discovery Space for the Biane Library’s 2nd floor in the courtyard, as we kick off this year's Summer Reading Program - “Reading by Design!” Event highlights include: • Sign ups for the free Summer Reading Program "Reading by Design" • City booths highlighting summer activities and program offerings • Magician Dave Skale's “How to Build the Best Magic Show Ever” • Performance by Victoria Gardens Cultural Arts Programs • Mad Science's “Fun-damental Forces and Radical Robots” interactive booths in the new Kids Interactive Discovery Space on the Biane Library 2nd floor • “Reading by design” themed games, crafts and activities throughout the library • “Kickoff for the Big Read and Little Read for Jack London's "Call of the Wild!"
